Under the cooperation agreement between the two parties, Fast+ will deploy the installation of 5,000 AC and DC charging stations provided by V-GREEN, with a variety of capacities including 7.4 KW, 11 KW, 20 KW, 30 KW, 40 KW, 60 KW, 120 KW, and 150 KW nationwide. The new charging stations will be strategically located in places such as shopping malls, residential areas, public parking lots, and highways, making it easier for VinFast electric vehicle users to access clean energy and facilitating long-distance travel.
With the current plan, the 5,000 V-GREEN charging stations that Fast+ is about to deploy will be equivalent to thousands of charging points, offering significant convenience for VinFast electric vehicle owners in Vietnam.
Thanks to the rapid increase in the number of VinFast electric vehicles, the V-GREEN franchise charging station model has attracted the attention of numerous businesses and property owners nationwide, as it offers a good and continuously growing revenue source. In November 2024, VinFast delivered a record number of over 16,000 vehicles, bringing the total number of VinFast electric cars sold in the market this year to over 67,000. Currently, the number of VinFast electric vehicles on the road across the country has reached hundreds of thousands and continues to grow, laying the foundation for the charging station business model to expand.
Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, CEO of Fast+ Charging Station Joint Stock Company, said: "VinFast electric cars are asserting their leadership position with strong sales growth month by month. Partnering with V-GREEN not only brings good business results for Fast+ but also contributes to promoting the green transportation trend in Vietnam."
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong, CEO of V-GREEN, stated: "Fast+ is currently one of the largest business partners of V-GREEN. With Fast+'s deployment speed, the infrastructure for VinFast electric car charging stations will significantly increase in the near future. Along with VinFast’s growth, our business model will certainly bring maximum economic benefits to our partners."
Not only in Vietnam, but V-GREEN has also recently signed a cooperation agreement with Prime Group to develop a network of 100,000 charging stations in Indonesia.
