V-Green provides the charging fee for electric cars and eScooter , along with the payment terms applied at public charging stations as follows:

Charging fee: 3,858 VND/kWh, applied from March 19, 2024.

Additional service fee after charging session completion:

• Free from minute 1 to 10
• 1,000 VND/minute from minute 11 to 60
• 2,000 VND/minute from minute 61 to 120
• 4,000 VND/minute from minute 121 onwards

The above charging fee includes VAT.

(*) The maximum additional service fee per charging session is limited to 1,000,000 VND.

The additional service fee does not apply to eScooter charging or AC car chargers.

Payment method: Payment must be completed before the 15th of the following month for all charging and additional service fees of the previous month.

Fast-charging policy: For ultra-fast chargers (250 kW and above), the battery State of Charge (SOC) is limited to 80%.
